El Reno Public Schools says a student recently tested positive for COVID-19. The district announced that the case was confirmed on Saturday, and that the patient is believed to have recently entered both El Reno High School and Jenks Simmons Athletic Facility. District officials say the students and employees that were in close contact with the patient in the 48 hours before the positive test have been told to quarantine for 14 days. The student last attended an El Reno facility on Wednesday.
