Mandatory Diversity Training To Be Required At University Of Oklahoma

The University of Oklahoma will require all students, faculty and staff to take part in a mandatory diversity training program. University officials say members of the community at all three OU campuses will participate in the program at least once every three years. The training, set to being next week, will have topics including identities, privilege, and creating a culture of respect. OU President Joseph Harroz Junior said the program "reinforces our belief that we all share the responsibility of advancing fundamental change."
