Oklahoma is ready to begin its new normal. All hair salons, nail shops and spas can open their doors again on Friday. Social distancing must continue though and customers are encouraged to wait in their car until their appointment. Other businesses like restaurants, movie theaters and gyms can reopen May 1st, but bars will remain closed. Governor Kevin Stitt says if hospitalizations don't increase for two weeks, the state will advance to phase two.
