The Oklahoma Corporation Commission on Thursday approved a settlement in the Public Service Company of Oklahoma rate case. The utility originally asked for an $88 million rate increase, but under the settlement that was reduced to $46 million annually. The average residential customer's bill will increase $2.38 per month. PSO has about 550,000 customers in eastern and southwestern Oklahoma.
