In a video on his Facebook page, Oklahoma Congressman Markwayne Mullin explains why he's sporting a beard these days. He calls it his 'border beard' and says he won't shave it off till we secure the border. He says he got a call from a constituent after a television interview who said he should 'lose the beard'. Mullin said that's why he wanted to explain why he's not shaving.
