The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority is notifying about 450 patients who were approved for a medical marijuana license that they will have to resubmit their application because their physician was not board certified. Spokeswoman Melissa Miller tells KTOK News the issue was discovered during a quality assurance review. Impacted patients will be notified by email and letter, and there will be no cost to resubmit the form.
