Republican Governor-elect Kevin Stitt has appointed Regent Bank Chairman Sean Kouplen to serve as the next Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development. The cabinet position will require Senate confirmation. Kouplen will serve in an unpaid capacity.
Stitt also announced the hiring of Brent Kisling to be the new director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. Kisling is currently the director of the Enid Regional Development Alliance.
