One of the two surviving sisters of last week's triple shooting in Okmulgee County has been declared brain dead. The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office says 16-year-old Kloee Toliver is being kept alive long enough for her organs to be donated. She was shot in the head while she was sleeping, allegedly by her mother, 39-year-old Amy Hall, who also allegedly shot and killed her brother, 18-year-old Kayson Tolliver. Investigators say Hall also tried to kill her 14-year-old daughter. It's expected that charges against Hall will be amended to include an additional complaint of first-degree murder.
