Water, water everywhere. The National Weather Service says parts of Oklahoma City got four inches of rain in a two-hour period Thursday morning. The Oklahoma City Fire Department says firefighters responded to 81 incidents between 10am and 12pm. Twenty-two of the incidents were water rescues. No injuries or fatalities were reported.
