Oklahoma City police have identified the gunman in Thursday night's shooting inside the Louie's restaurant at 9401 West Lake Hefner Drive. Police say when officers arrived they found 28-year-old Alexander C. Tilghman deceased outside the restaurant. He was shot by two citizens, identified as 35-year-old Juan Nazario and 39-year-old Bryan Wittle. Three people were struck by gunfire from the suspect. Two female juveniles and an adult female, 39-year-old Natalie Giles, are in good condition. A fourth injured person, an adult male, fell and broke his arm after the gunman started shooting. He is also reported to be in good contition. Police say all involved parties were interviewed and released.
