The OSBI says in the past 24 hours some state lawmakers have contacted the agency about potential threats. The OSBI confirms that special agents have opened three cases so far and a fourth case will likely be opened soon. The OSBI says it assigns a special agent to the Capitol during the legislative session to investigate threats against public officials.
