Oklahoma U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin is set to appear for his confirmation hearing to serve as the next Department of Homeland Security secretary. Mullin is scheduled to appear today before the Senate Homeland Security Committee for his hearing. Mullin was nominated by President Trump earlier this month to lead the Homeland Security department following the dismissal of former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
