NARCAN Donation

The Oklahoma Sheriff's Association is supplying every sheriff and deputy in Oklahoma with a dosage of NARCAN nasal spray, the drug that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. The donation announced Tuesday amounts to more than 1,800 doses of the opioid antidote. Canadian County Sheriff Chris West, who is an OSA board member, says the donation makes Oklahoma one of the only states to outfit county law enforcement officers with the opioid counteractive agent.
