The OSBI says a body found last Thursday by Caddo county employees mowing near Carnegie has been positively identified as 30-year-old Cindy Rose Kaudlekaule of Carnegie. A manner and cause of death have not yet been determined. The OSBI says agents want to speak with anyone who had contact with Kaudlekaule last Tuesday evening through early Wednesday morning.
