Oklahoma City police say the man whose body was found Wednesday inside a residence in the 1100 block of SE 19th Terrace was the victim of a homicide. The man has been identified as 43-year-old Terry Roberts of Oklahoma City. Police have arrested the man's sister-in-law. 27-year-old Brandy Norton was booked into jail Wednesday on one complaint of first-degree murder.
