The Oklahoma City School board voted unanimously Monday to begin the process of interviewing law firms in order to move ahead with a lawsuit against the Oklahoma Legislature over education funding. School Board member Mark Mann says by failing to put education first, lawmakers have obstructed the OKCPS Board of Education from performing its constitutional role as intended and he says that is not acceptable.
