The OSBI is investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting in McCurtain County. A sheriff's deputy and a Valliant police officer responded to a domestic altercation Wednesday in the town of Millerton. 37-year-old Daniel Valenzuela had forced his way into a residence and was armed with a knife. The OSBI says Valenzuela refused to drop the knife and when he advanced toward the officers with the knife one of the officers shot him. Valenzuela was taken a hospital where he died.
