DUI Challenge

Some of the leading DUI attorneys in the state of Oklahoma have filed a petition with the Oklahoma Supreme Court, challenging the constitutionality of the state's new drunk driving law that was passed by the Oklahoma Legislature last session. Attorney Brian Morton tells KTOK News multiple subjects that have nothing to do with drunk driving were logrolled into the bill, in violation of the Oklahoma Constitution. He also says the bill, which is set to take effect November first, would allow authorities to take a person's driver's license without due process of law.
