Oklahoma City police have released the name of the man who was shot and killed Thursday in the front yard of a house at 425 NW 91st in Oklahoma City. 37-year-old James Carbajal was involved in a fight with 26-year-old Marqueon Boykins when, according to police, Boykins went to a vehicle and retrieved a gun and returned and shot Carbajal, who died at the scene. Boykins (shown) was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint.
