The winner of last week's Oklahoma City School Board District 1 runoff election remains attorney Charles Henry. Retired teacher Cheryl Poole lost to Henry by just eight votes. She asked for a manual recount, which was conducted Tuesday at the Oklahoma County Election Board. Officials say the count stayed the same. Poole picked up zero votes.
