Oklahoma's new SNAP regulations are set to take effect in February. Candy and soft drinks are being regulated as part of the new regulations, which will start on February 15th, 2026. The new regulations were originally set to begin on January 1st. Nearly 700,000 Oklahoma residents relay on SNAP funding and benefits.
