A U.S. Senate race in Oklahoma is headed to a runoff. Oklahoma Congressman Markwayne Mullin and former Oklahoma House Speaker T.W. Shannon were the top two vote recipients in yesterday's primary election, and they will face each other in an August 23rd runoff to determine who will be the Republican nominee. Current Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe is retiring effective January 3rd, 2023.
