The state of Oklahoma is turning down some of its federal allocation of COVID-19 vaccine. State officials announced yesterday that they have been declining some of the weekly allotment of more than 200,000 doses due to a decline in demand. More than 39-percent of Oklahoma's adult population is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
