Oklahoma Department of Transportation executive director Mike Patterson says the partial government shutdown and the lack of a federal budget are impacting state highway projects. He told the Oklahoma Transportation Commission Monday that 36 projects totaling $133 million dollars are being "pushed down the road". He said only future projects are impacted.
