An Oklahoma fugitive has been added to the U.S. Marshals' 15 Most Wanted List.
34-year-old Luis Octavio Frias allegedly stabbed his ex-wife to death in August 2013 at her apartment in Blackwell. Former Blackwell police officer Janett Reyna was stabbed 41 times. Just two days before her death she had filed a protection order against Frias.
There is a $25,000 reward being offered for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is urged to call the U.S. marshals at 1-800-336-0102.
