Genter Drummond has conceded Tuesday's Republican runoff for State Attorney General to Incumbent Mike Hunter. Preliminary election results show he lost to Hunter by 269 votes. "After considering whether to seek a recount and researching what that would entail I have decided instead that we would concede the election in an effort to bring unity to the Republican party," he said Wednesday. "The upcoming elections are critically important to the future of Oklahoma and a statewide recount would simply serve as a prolonging distraction."
