An Oklahoma County judge on Monday ordered the release of 61-year-old Johnny Tallbear, who was convicted of the 1991 murder of a homeless man in Oklahoma City and sentenced to life in prison. A witness placed Tallbear at the scene, but new DNA testing excludes him from being at the crime scene and instead points to two unknown suspects. Tallbear told reporters at the Oklahoma County Courthouse he is ready to eat a decent meal. He has served 26 years behind bars. (photo courtesy KFOR-TV.)
