The OSBI has increased a reward to $10,000 for information about the August 2016 murders of two women whose bodies were found inside a car parked outside a home in Bache, Oklahoma. 24-year-old Totinika Elix of Oklahoma City and 23-year-old Emily Morgan of Hugo were shot to death. The OSBI says agents have conducted numerous interviews, collected evidence, and served several search warrants but no suspect has been identified.
