Groundbreaking

The Oklahoma City-County Health Department broke ground Tuesday on the new $7 million Southern Oaks Learning and Wellness Center next to Parmalee Elementary School at 6700 South Hudson in south Oklahoma City. The Center is a collaborative project between the Health Department, OKC Parks and Recreation, OU Physicians, Oklahoma City Public Schools, the University of Central Oklahoma, OCCC and many other organizations.
