As Americans, we're lazy, loud, and would never deny it. But this survey shows just how lazy we are.

71% of Americans are guilty of procrastinating, a survey of 2,000 adults found.

50% put off tasks by watching TV, 39% lay in bed, and 29% take a nap. 42% procrastinate by aimlessly scrolling through social media. Americans would rather eat, drive, or go for a walk than tackle their to-do list. “Tackling your to-do list isn’t always the most exciting part of the day, and with so many distractions, it’s easy to find ourselves procrastinating,” Jillian Cohn of Dave’s Killer Bread said. “The good news is that something as simple as an energy-boosting snack or your favorite playlist can improve your mood and motivation.”

Are you guilty of this??
