Former Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt resigned as EPA director today. His directorship had been mired in a lot of accusations about how he conducted his business; from installing "cones of silence" in his office, to wanting police escorts everywhere he went, to arranging sweet heart deals for his wife. Some of the accusations were inflated, some were not. Some accusations were fair, some were not. According to our own Bill Zimpfer; of 24-7 News, the final blow may have been a meeting CNN says happened between Pruitt and the President at which Pruitt asked the President to fire current Attorney General Jeff Sessions and install him, (Pruitt). Pruitt denies those reports, and at this point it probably doesn't matter.
