Wildfire Forces Evacuations

A wildfire is causing evacuations in Woodward County. Officials say that the wildfire was located eight miles north of Mooreland yesterday afternoon and was moving southwest at a rapid pace. Residents who live north and east of Mooreland were being asked to evacuate to the south and east. A shelter has been established at the Woodward Pioneer Room on Ninth Street in Woodward.
