The remains of toddler are discovered in Seminole. Officers carried out a search warrant near Old Highway 99 South yesterday and found the burned remains on a vacant lot. Investigators later went to a home and arrested 32-year-old Chad Jennings and his girlfriend, 31-year-old Katherine Penner. The couple appeared in court yesterday, and authorities say Jennings could face first-degree murder charges and Penner could be charged with accessory to murder.
