Swadley's Foggy Bottom Kitchen is countersuing the state and suing a former employee. According to court documents, Swadley's claims that former executive Curt Breuklander was a disgruntled former employee when he spoke with the media in April and alleged that the company overcharged the state of Oklahoma as part of its tourism agreement involving restaurants at state parks. The counterclaim against the state of Oklahoma alleges breach of contract and defamation. The state decided to end its contract with Swadley's in April.
