An anti-abortion measure is signed into law in Oklahoma. Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill into law that will ban abortion at conception, unless it is necessary to save a pregnant woman's life. The law also includes exemptions in the case of sexual assault, rape or incest that has been reported to law enforcement. The new law also allows private citizens to file civil lawsuits of up to $10,000 against anyone who performs or who assists in performing an abortion.
