A former Canadian County deputy is accused of sexually assaulting an inmate three times. Authorities say that the former deputy was driving the female inmate from Marshall County to Canadian County on April 7th when the alleged assaults took place. The former deputy, 58-year-old David Wayne Loman, is charged with forcible sodomy, sexual battery and engaging in a pattern of criminal offenses.
