A man is in custody after Tulsa police say he exposed himself to kids. Stefon Ledbetter is accused of pulling his pants down and showing his genitals to more than a dozen children outside of the Oklahoma Future Farmers of America Statewide Convention on Wednesday. He is facing a charge of indecent exposure after a former felony conviction.
