The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is giving its approval to a 200-million-dollar revolving line of credit with Wells Fargo. Officials say that yesterday's vote will help keep the Access Oklahoma highway infrastructure plan on track. State officials had said Access Oklahoma would be funded by bonds and have no impact on the state budget.
