An economic incentive package to lure electric car companies to Oklahoma is one step closer to reality. The Oklahoma House of Representatives approved a measure yesterday that would provide 698-million-dollars in tax rebates to a company that spends more than 3.6 billion dollars in the state and meets certain hiring numbers. The "Lead Act" now heads to the Oklahoma Senate for debate.
