Authorities in Moore recently arrested a 15-year-old in connection to the death of another teenager earlier this month. Officials say Julian Perez has been charged with first-degree murder for the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Raul Fraire-Valdonvinos on April Third. Investigators said the victim crashed his vehicle near Northwest 26th and Santa Fe Avenue, but he appeared to have been shot before the wreck happened. Moore police are still searching for a second suspect in the case.
