Oklahoma is one step closer to a near-total ban of abortions. The Oklahoma House of Representatives approved a measure yesterday that would ban abortions unless they are necessary to save a woman's life. The bill now moves to the Oklahoma Senate for debate. KFOR reports that the measure would become the strictest anti-abortion law in the nation if approved.
