Preliminary reports show a tornado that touched down in rural southern Oklahoma last night was an EF-2. The National Weather Service says the twister that tore through Kingston, in Marshall County, had sustained winds of up to 115-miles an hour.
At least two people were hurt and several more had to be rescued from the rubble after numerous homes were damaged. According to the National Weather Service, a total of four tornadoes touched down in Oklahoma last night.
The storms were part of a larger system that brought as many as 20 tornadoes to Texas.
