Cleveland County's sex offender registry is now digital. Under the new system, people can search the names of registered sex offenders in unincorporated areas through their phones. The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office says that the new digital registry allows them to better monitor that sex offenders are upholding their restrictions. The registry is available on the sheriff's office website.
