A suspect in a Tulsa murder is under arrest following a standoff in Edmond. Police were called to the La Quinta Inn near Second and I-35 yesterday after investigators received a tip that the murder suspect was staying there. The man was wanted in last week's murder of a 59-year-old man in north Tulsa. Officers placed the hotel on lockdown and took the suspect into custody following the lengthy standoff.
