Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City is taking legal action after the safety of its staff was allegedly threatened. KOCO reports that the hospital decided to take legal action following a protest and social media posts that criticized the care provided to a COVID-19 patient. Attorneys for the hospital say that the situation began last week when a now-deceased COVID-19 patient's wife started researching treatments. Doctors refused to provide certain treatments requested by the patient's wife, and the couple's pastor took to social media and hosted a protest outside the hospital.
