A Tulsa police officer is being credited for saving a man from a burning garage. Police say that the officer was on patrol early yesterday morning when he spotted smoke coming from a house near Pine and North Sheridan. The officer heard yelling coming from the garage, and he ran inside to rescue the man. Officials say that nobody lives in the house, but the man was inside to escape from the cold weather.
