Oklahoma Lawmakers Consider Dropping Grocery Sales Tax

Oklahoma's sales tax on groceries could come to an end. A proposal to drop the sales tax passed yesterday in an early committee vote. Governor Kevin Stitt has called for ending the state's 4.5% tax on groceries. Oklahoma is among 13 states that have a grocery sales tax.
