Norman Mayoral Race Headed To Runoff

The race for Norman mayor is headed to a runoff. Incumbent Mayor Breea Clark received 36% of the vote in Tuesday's primary election, while challenger Larry Keikkila earned 31%. Clark, who needed 50% of the vote to avoid a runoff, will take on Heikkila in the April 5th runoff election
