Utility crews are preparing for winter weather in Oklahoma. Oklahoma Gas and Electric officials say they are in the process of staging three-thousand restoration crews around the state. Oklahoma Natural Gas officials say they have been able to purchase additional storage at more predictable prices than last year. Snowy conditions are expected in Oklahoma this week.
