Almost two-dozen families are displaced after a fire at an apartment building in Tulsa. It happened yesterday at Cobblestone Apartments near 51st and Memorial, where News On Six reports 22 units were affected. Police have arrested Shawn Carnahan for arson in connection to the blaze. Cobblestone is accepting donations of clothes and electronic chargers for those impacted by the fire.
